Our WhatsApp line and the chat on our website use an automated assistant to answer general questions and pricing. Website chats are stored in the same way as WhatsApp messages, and your browser keeps a random chat ID so your conversation is still there if you come back. That ID is not used for tracking or advertising. It isn't monitored by a person in real time. For anything urgent, please email [email protected]. Automated replies are for information only and don't change our written terms or warranty.
We don't sell your data. We only share it where needed to do the job or run the business:
Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, they rely on safeguards approved under EU data protection law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, such as a session cookie that keeps our forms secure. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
